Access Information

As we move from one ticketing system to another, we are currently operating two Nimbus Disability portals for access bookings.

Nimbus Disability is a social enterprise which has received international recognition for its Access Card scheme.

This scheme includes a new level of validation, meaning that our tickets and venue are being used effectively by those who require access facilities, and enabling us to mitigate any possible misuse of our access tickets.

All our access customers will require either an Access Card, a free Arts Theatre West End Digital Access Pass Number or a free Choir of Man Digital Access Pass when purchasing access tickets.

Once registered, your Access Card or Digital Access Pass Number will last for three years. For help and support applying, please visit Nimbus Disability's Access Card support page.

When your application has been processed successfully, Nimbus will provide you with a unique Access Pass number by email which you can use to link your access requirements in our system.

Already have The Nimbus Access Card?
There is no need to re-register, just log in or create and account and submit your Access Pass number.

What is the difference between an Access Card and an Arts Theatre Access Pass?
The Access Card is a universal way of conveying your access requirement with organisations and ticketing systems in the UK and beyond.

Access Cards are £15 for three years and can be used at thousands of events. You can view all of these in Nimbus Disability’s Access Card directory.

An Arts Theatre Digital Access Pass is a free way of conveying your access requirements with us only. You still go through the same process, and receive a confirmation email with your Digital Access Pass number, but with no physical card. It lasts for three years and you can always upgrade to a full Access Card at any point.

Why is the process changing and how does this benefit me?
By partnering with Nimbus, this will enable us to fully understand the access requirements of our customers and provide reasonable adjustments, such as access to certain seating and essential companion tickets.

Nimbus is a social enterprise that has received international recognition for operating the Access Card Scheme.

Nimbus is run by, and for, disabled people. The system offers greater privacy, as disabled people with access requirements will no longer need to carry supporting documents or explain circumstances to staff. You’ll only need to supply information once to the Nimbus team, who can then issue you with an Access Card or a Digital Access Pass reference number - depending on which route you choose when signing up.

Our commitment to accessibility remains unchanged. Our friendly team is still here to support you if you have any questions or need assistance. You can download a PDF guide to booking access tickets below.

For further support, please email [email protected] or call the Box Office on 0207 836 8463.

Our main entrance has step free access with a 14mm lip.

Row A of the front stalls is our only step free row, each row there after is one step up per row. Please note, the rear stalls has one big step up per row with a smaller step on it for a smaller stride.

There are no handrails going up the middle aisles of the front stalls and there is no space to walk on the end of the rows in the front stalls, these seats are next to railings. There are 13 steps with handrails outside of the front stalls seating area that lead you up to the rear stalls. The outside aisles of the rear stalls also have hand rails.

All toilets are step free but our accessible toilet is on the right side of the auditorium, on the same side as the Men's toilets. Please bring your radar key to use the accessible toilet, if you do not have one, our team will let you into the toilet.

Seat width is 40cm. Every seat has two arm rests, each of these can move up to be completely out of the way.

The Q Park Marble Arch/Park Lane has 14 accessible parking bays.

Step‑free access is available via the Marble Arch side of the car park.
Please note that the ramp from the main street is quite steep and may require assistance to use safely.
